When you attend a session with Lauren, you get quality yoga. The consistency and complete workout are dependable, building your core strength while also working on flexibility, mobility, and balance. Yoga is a great way for seniors (and anyone) to keep your body active and healthy. I combine it with swimming and weights, and it's a key to my cross workouts and helping me climb mountains.
