Lauren Urich

Lauren started out her business working with private clients and doing special events like Beer Yoga and Yoga Parties. Lauren's followers grew and she found an old garage to teach her students in, two nights a week. That evolved into an even bigger space and she began teaching 7 classes a week until she found the right teachers to add to her team.

Lauren loves teaching all ages and she has a wide scope of yoga styles she teaches from. Lauren loves teaching athletes and people with injuries or limitations. She loves helping people connect to their bodies and learn to love the bodies they are in. She loves helping people achieve their goals, and she wants everyone to thrive and feel good!

Lauren is constantly learning and sharing her experiences with her students. She focuses on alignment and safety, and most importantly, having fun. Fair warning, you may find yourself laughing in her classes! Lauren says to "Enjoy yourself! That's what it's all about. It's about the journey of the relationship you build with yourself."

Scott Weinert

Scott has been a professional firefighter for over 24 years.  He found his yoga practice in 2016 while trying to combat the effects of compassion fatigue caused by years of  exposure to death and trauma.  He credits his practice for the reason he’s in the best physical shape of his life; and for helping him establish a healthy, grounded mindset.

Scott completed his 200 hour teacher training in 2023 after practicing for over seven years.  Scott's goal is to continuously grow his practice and share the benefits of yoga with his students.  He hopes that his background and experiences will encourage people to find their own way to their yoga mat.

Rebecca Cooper

Rebecca has been practicing yoga, off and on, as a companion to other movement modalities for the past 15 years.

She returned to her practice in a more dedicated and holistic way in 2022, as a tool to help heal a running injury, and find some balance after a period of chronic stress. She experienced the power that yoga has to foster and grow authentic self trust after injury and illness. As a result she decided to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training to deepen her own practice and to share with others.

Rebecca loves to teach biomechanically informed, intuitive sequences that focus on the relationship between tension and ease in the body. Practitioners in her classes can expect a compassionate environment for exploration and self discovery, grounding throughout with breath and self-connection.

Jeremy McCaffrey

Jeremy is a mixed-method movement teacher that teaches movement for the purpose of developing strength, flexibility, and awareness. He focuses on movement for the relief of pain and the development of comfort while cultivating a connection with the indwelling spirit and the responsive body.

Jeremy seeks to inspire possibility and curiosity through the practice of movement. He prioritizes his vitality because he knows first-hand what it feels like to experience the loss of one's health. When age 17, he was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer, moved through chemotherapy and radiation. Once recovered, he lost his father to colon cancer at age 21. Thus, his desire for a life well lived is palpable.

Jeremy has received his bachelor's degree in integrative health sciences from NUNM and is a Certified Personal Trainer. He continues to expand his expertise in yoga, working with Lauren to further refine his teaching skills.
