Service Description

In person private sessions are great for those who want to slow down and deepen their practice. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want, the session will be customized just for you! We will take time make sure you get what you need, focusing on alignment and what feels good in your body. Private sessions make great gifts! Many people want to try yoga but, they do not want a group setting due to; injuries, chronic pain, mobility issues, unable to get to the floor or anyone else who needs special care. Please contact me to schedule your in-person private yoga session or to purchase a gift card.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. 24 hours notice required to reschedule or you will be charged for the session. All sales final. No refunds, no exchanges. By booking you accept full responsibility for your health and well being during all activities and waive all responsibilities from Lauren Urich Yoga.
