Service Description

Flow through power poses that challenge your strength and balance. Be prepared to have fun and learn why yoga isn't just stretching! Prepare for lots of chaturangas, balancing and strength asanas, inversions and lots of challenges. Listen to your body, and have fun! Bring your own yoga mat and sweat towels. Don't forget your water bottle. Vinyasa experience is highly recommended, this class is not recommended for beginners.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. 24 hours notice required to reschedule or you will be charged for the session. All sales final. No refunds, no exchanges. By booking you accept full responsibility for your health and well being during all activities and waive all responsibilities from Lauren Urich Yoga.
