Come sweat it out with me as we flow through power poses that challenge your strength and balance. I will offer modifications and add ons so that you can take it easy or crank it up! Be prepared to have fun and learn why yoga isn't just stretching! Prepare for lots of chaturangas, balancing & strength asanas, inversions and more! Vinyasa experience recommended, this class is not for beginners however, you gotta start somewhere! If you are up for it please come! Modify if you need to, do your best, and have fun! Bring your own yoga mat and sweat towels. Don't forget your water bottle! Please be on time.
