
Service Description
A floor-based deep stretch practice combining restorative and yin-inspired poses. Expect long holds, targeted stretching, and the use of props, tennis balls, and blocks for myofascial release. Breathwork and meditation are integrated to calm the nervous system and support release on both physical and mental levels. If Bedtime Yoga is your evening wind-down, this is the daytime version — long holds, props, breath, and deep release.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. We try to credit classes back if you no show after signing up, but can't guarantee you will get a class credit. All sales final. No refunds, no exchanges. By booking you accept full responsibility for your health and well being during all activities and waive all responsibilities from Lauren Urich Yoga.
