Service Description

I will come to your business and teach a class for you and your employees. Back hurts from sitting? Wrists hurt from typing? Tight legs from lifting heavy or bending over? Whatever it is, we can work on it together. Offering your employees yoga once or twice a week can help them to release stress and anxiety, and tension in their bodies. It can even promote team building and boost morale. $225 minimum for up to 30 participants, subject to additional fees depending on location. Please contact me for scheduling and to discuss number of participants & location.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. 24 hours notice required to reschedule or you will be charged for the session. All sales final. No refunds, no exchanges. By booking you accept full responsibility for your health and well being during all activities and waive all responsibilities from Lauren Urich Yoga.
