Let soft tones and intentional sound guide you into deep relaxation. Lauren offers a nurturing space where you can reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and open your heart. This is your time to pause, reflect, and restore. Breathe deeply. Let go gently. You’re invited to rest — fully and freely. Pay What You Can | Suggested Donation: $20. All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. We try to credit classes back if you no show after signing up, but can't guarantee you will get a class credit.
