Saturday, April 18th 1:30–3:00pm $35 - No one turned away for lack of funds, pay what you can. Join Jasmine for a supportive and thoughtfully designed prenatal workshop to help you feel steady, strong, and connected throughout pregnancy. This 90-minute experience will focus on gentle, intentional movement to build functional strength, ease common areas of tension, and support your changing body. You’ll explore breathwork, grounding practices, and simple tools to regulate the nervous system and prepare for birth with confidence. Expect slow flow, supportive holds, and moments of deep rest. Plenty of props and modifications will be offered so you feel safe, comfortable, and empowered every step of the way. Jasmine is a boy mom expecting her second son. She has been teaching for six years and is known for her gentle, nurturing classes. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for women to feel strong and confident throughout pregnancy. Please bring your yoga mat. Layers are recommended. Rental mats are available if needed, and all props will be provided. Complimentary tea and water are available at the studio. As with any prenatal movement practice, please receive clearance from your healthcare provider before attending.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. We try to credit classes back if you no show after signing up, but can't guarantee you will get a class credit. All sales final. No refunds, no exchanges. By booking you accept full responsibility for your health and well being during all activities and waive all responsibilities from Lauren Urich Yoga.
