Through gentle guidance and intentional sound vibrations, Jeremy creates a calming space for physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness. This is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and cultivate the peace that’s already within you. Come and unwind in a welcoming, peaceful environment, you deserve it! Pay what you can, suggested cash donation $20. All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. We try to credit classes back if you no show after signing up, but can't guarantee you will get a class credit.
